This Fair Usage Policy explains what reasonable use of Chatbotappai looks like and the limits we apply to keep the Service fast, reliable, and affordable for everyone. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
Our plans, including generous or high limits described as suitable for everyday use, are meant for normal, human-driven use by a single account holder. Fair use covers chatting, creating, researching, and generating images at a pace a person would realistically work at.
Different plans include different limits, such as how many messages you can send in a period, how many images you can generate, and the size or number of files you can upload. Some models cost more to run than others, so limits can vary by model. We may set, adjust, or apply reasonable limits to protect the Service, and we will show the limits that apply to your plan.
Fair use does not include, for example:
If your usage exceeds fair use or an applicable limit, we may take reasonable steps in proportion to the situation, such as slowing responses, temporarily pausing certain features, asking you to upgrade, or, for repeated or serious cases, suspending or limiting the account. Where practical, we will try to let you know first.
We route requests to third-party model providers, and that usage has real costs and capacity limits. Fair use keeps the Service responsive and lets us offer one simple subscription instead of charging per model or per request.
We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new date. Questions? Reach us through our support center.
